Eta Automation designs and builds gas analysis systems, engineered for the specific plant, ensuring maximum compatibility insertion of both new and existing systems. It is always ensured full compliance with the applicable regulations.

The analysis technologies employed are the following: NDIR – NDUV – PMD – FTIR and others.
The established experience in process and environmental data acquisition systems, is applied with the aim to ensure maximum reliability and availability of the monitored data, expecting when necessary, the appropriate hardware and software redundancy.

ETA Automation is able to guide the customer in the choice of the best technology available in order to meet the plant and Environmental Authorities requirements, according to the standard parameters and combustion systems are designed by providing the most suitable measuring principle for the required application.

Tipically, depending on the target area, or according to customer specification, the systems are set up in suitable and certified for installation cabinets or analysis booths :

    • ATEX hazardous areas.

  • Safe areas.

The cabinets or analysis booths for hazardous areas are made eith Exp (pressurization) or Exd (electrics) protection, conditioned by HVAC or simple wall air conditioners or split.
